Introduction to the Project
The future site of ConstellationCenter is directly across the Charles River from downtown Boston via the Longfellow Bridge. The site is easily reached via the MBTA Red Line and numerous bus routes and is adjacent to 2,000 new indoor parking spaces. Located in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA, ConstellationCenter is part of a burgeoning center of business, science, academia, diverse housing, and culture. An open-air performance space, community ice skating rink, new parkland, scenic river walk, and new restaurants promise a rich, exciting setting for ConstellationCenter and its programming. The City of Cambridge and the neighborhood are enthusiastic and supportive of this project.
Protected bike lanes service the Kendall Square area from both Cambridge and Boston. For more information on bicycle programs in Cambridge, please visit (http://www.cambridgema.gov/) and in Boston (http://www.cityofboston.gov/bikes/). A Hubway station (Boston’s bicycle sharing program) is located at the MBTA Kendall station. More information can be found here (https://www.thehubway.com/)
The future site of ConstellationCenter is easily accessible by car.

An adjacent parking facility will provide over 2,000 covered, underground parking spaces.
